Artifical intelligence and future of Jobs | World economic forum report on future of Human Jobs

We are living in an era of innovative technologies. These innovative technologies help us improve our communication system, education, health, and transportation, and they also help us improve our living standards by effectively using them and earning money. Most people are now using these technologies smartly and earning handsome money.

On the one hand, these technologies are increasing human opportunities. On the other hand, they threaten human beings regarding automation and work efficiency. From this perspective, it is essential to understand both sides of technological usage and its impact on human beings.

The most recent technology that has changed the world is artificial intelligence. This technology brings many advantages for human beings, such as helping in education, health, transportation, marketing, banking, and finance, and playing an essential role in every sector of life. However, this disruptive technology is also challenging for humans because it replaces humans with AI-based robots and operating systems. This is a serious threat to human survival.

However, recently, the World Economic Forum showed that it is true that we will lose hundreds and thousands of jobs, but this system will also create more job opportunities. The ratio of new job opportunities to the number of jobs ending is high. According to the World Economic Forum, we will lose 92 million jobs. However, by 2030, we will have 170 million new job opportunities. According to the World Bank, the emergence of artificial intelligence has led to significant job opportunities. Bank tellers, mail carriers, clerks, cleaners, security guards, ticket collectors, and conductors are the primary victims of artificial intelligence. Conversely, the emergence of AI will create new job opportunities for data analysts and software developers. Besides technological jobs, non-technological jobs, such as those for general labour, supervisors, and construction-relevant professionals, will increase because AI cannot replace them.

According to the World Economic Forum, we should develop technologies in such a way that they work with humans, not replace them.
